After completing his super specialization in DNB CARDIOLOGY, he continued working in the same institute for two years, after which he joined Ashoka Medicover Hospital, Nashik, and worked as a consultant Interventional cardiologist for 3.5 years before being a director at Nine Pearls Hospital.

Dr. Sachinkumar has expertise in various interventional procedures like angiography and angioplasty, including PAMI, and complex angioplasty like ROTA, IVL, IVUS, and associated angioplasty.
His sharp acumen helped him to master all aspects of cardiology.
He is keenly interested and is well versed with IVUS and FFR-guided angioplasty, left primary and bifurcation angioplasty.
He is a pioneer in starting ROTA-assisted angioplasty at AMH Nashik, and he is the one who performed the first IVL-assisted Angioplasty in North Maharashtra, thus adding another feather to his cap.
He is also specialized in performing procedures like Pacemaker and AICD. He is one of the few cardiologists who have done LOT CRTD in Nashik.
He is also a master in managing heart failure patients in a holistic approach, and a few of his heart failure patients who had been listed on the Heart transplant list are now doing well without the need for a heart transplant.
He is also an expert in treating dilated and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, hypertension, pulmonary hypertension, and diabetes mellitus.
To date, he has done over 3000 angiographies and 1500 angioplasties. He has been disciplined and dedicated and treated more than 10000 heart patients.
In a calm and poised manner, Dr. Sachinkumar explains the essential procedure to the patient and relatives, and only after convincing them of the need he undertakes the same. “He wins the patient’s heart. Does he undertake angioplasties? ROTA-assisted keen interest before intervening in the heart.”

His training in cardiology has been glorified by working under renowned cardiologists like Dr. Lekha Adik Pathak Ma’am, Dr. Bharat Dalavi, Dr. Salil Shirodkar, and Dr. Sushant Patil.
